See...I have been working...

I just love the look of old sea glass, this dark, olive green comes from Africa...use your imagination to see what the origin of the glass may have been and what sandy shorelines it travelled... perhaps a message in a bottle cast out long ago...maybe just an old wine bottle dropped overboard while sailing the seas or perhaps just trash thrown into the great big dump called the Atlantic Ocean...I hope not, I am far too romantic and conscientious for that scenario. But this piece is also graced with the old picture frame corner, I again use as a focal, dabbed with bits of horn bead and a lil' yellow turquoise bird, I think it makes a statement to recycling, with sea glass earrings to match.

The other little beaded earrings are sand cast glass beads, I love the trade-bead look of them, old and weathered, with the look of ancestry to them.

OK...back to the drawing board...more drawers of junk to dig through...
