LOVE...

Can you believe I found these two
chairs at the Good Will...

Yup, they were a little pricey, BUT...

who cares when the need arises...MINE...

they are perfect in my living room,
the color matches the wallpaper perfectly,
the style is decadent and soooo me
and since I gave up TV two years ago,
the cupboard is now storage, so really
who wouldn't...BUT...
as a result, somethin's gotta go...heh heh!!!

I see your living room all over Pinterest....no attribution to you. I suppose it's people just lifting it from your blog. Makes me want to leave a comment to them saying..

The Ultimate Goodwill Hunting 'Score'... you Win, mine pale by comparison! *Winks* They are Divine and the fact they look so well cared for is a bonus... usually I discover chairs with great bones but badly in need of a restoration or reupholstering.

Sharon, those chairs are wonderful. I just read your previous post also. That is so you, being on the road in your gypsy wagon. Such fun. xoxox, Susie

They look kinda like mine. I have a whole living room suit that was my Grandmothers. Sofa, three chairs (my mum has the 4th one). I love them! I even have the marble topped tables that go with them.

I adore those little foot stools you have in front of them!

NICE, Sharon! That'd be Iowa for you; still good pickin's out there.
I bought an 1860s Rococo Revival 7' sofa from the Salvation Army several years ago. Just when you're sure that the place has turned into a graveyard for Target, Walmart and garage sale discards, something old and wonderful surfaces.
