People have been honoring animals since the dawn
of time, adding a magical element to their lives.

and light! So what if you don't like the emu...
explore the elements,
open your artistic mind.

Turn the pages of another's book,
feel the history, smell the old,
walk the path of another's world.

and display!

The power to transform...

we become more ...

I love to make lil' samplers,
each new affirmation will grace
the new shop, waiting for someone
to chose and be changed.

Sky blue droplets grace this new necklace,
raspberries and a child's face from an old book...
sweet!

As I await my new adventures in my
'pathless woods'...
you can follow any path
into any woods, but
be careful...
you may get what you ask for!

the meaning of...one who bases religion on consideration
of mankind rather than on faith in supernatural revelation.


This vase is called 'goofus glass', I love it for it's simple qualities.
It's a cheap version of 'carnival glass',
Vases given away for prizes at fairs, carnivals etc.
I have collected many over the years, all are unique
and have personalities of their own...
sorta like us humanz...
Though all not of high quality
there's a personality still.
Wouldn't it be grand
if that was the
way of it!

Playing around n dreamin'...

Patina is a wonderful thing...you can alter
it in many ways, Verdi Gris, rust,
painted woods or just wood...
I heart patina!
'Cept for bright brass...that scares me...

Another new necklace for the shop. I love this fairy pendant,
she conjures up so many tales and dreams
in ones spirit world. Various glass baubles shine together in her
wrapped wire strands, as does a drop of the greenest Earth...
a place to be worshiped.

Clay pony beads and antique glass adorn this pirate's band...
with two drops of blood marking his/her course...

I love playing around with this fun leather necklace stuff...
Cool huh...looks like barbed wire...
where do they come up with this stuff?
All I know is I likey!

It's my floor!!!
John called yesterday mornin' and said...
'bring up your doors n windows', well
you don't have to ask me twice...
I rescheduled my groomings, called my brother
and I loaded them up and off we went!

Some of the doors and windows
we dragged into John's barn...

The boys inside hard at work
and the funky forklift that does the lifting,
as it drags out someone else's dream shed.

Isn't this just the cutest lil' building, perfectly aged,
one of the guys said it may be for sale...
hmmmmm...

Ahhhh progress,
don't get much better'n this...

OK...I'm really having a problem with this piece...
I made the mistake of placing it...
y'all know what that means...
once you start sittin' things on it and arranging it,
it's all over but the shoutin'!!!

All I can say is, I hope I find a place for them all in the shop!!!
yeah right!

A summer drifts by on warm charged air
swings sit silent as storms gather round
rumbling by like caravans on the wide screen
black-caped gypsies volley boulders across the sky
the premier begins
peace is not in this script
not yet
till the calm after the storm
seals this kiss

What is it with these storms that follow me home from Sister's Garden...
