Could you...

Could you take your home on the open road...

Could you live in a teepee...by Ralph Lauren...

 or like the Saami tribes...

Could you paint your world in a Matisse-like studio...

or share your roof with Nature...

Live in a cabin in the wilds with a man and his goat...

and see the beauty of a winter
in spite of it all...

 Would you adopt a home
and love it in spite of it's faults...

Would you go feral
and throw caution to the wind...
I would...

That little cabin in the woods looks pretty appealing, but I would only keep the goat, the man has to move on.........love love love a planted roof!!!!!

No gypsy wagon. No tepee (claustrophobic). Yes, to the cabin in the woods, but no man.
The old house, with all its fault..yes, but not in winter. The studio..no. And I'm with tot, and I might just do it, if you know what I mean !
tilda,
already anxious with the thoughts of winter...

I have throughout the years struggled monetarily...and at times felt like all I had that was mine was my car and was willing to make it my home if need be...I was so thankful that I at least had that and could find happiness in the coziness of that small space that belonged to me...loving the energy and life in the small and simple and being able to survive with less is so important to me...I LOVE this post...am so inspired...thank you!!!

I have done a couple of those and I really think that I would love to live in a yurt full time. Oh how much easier life would be. Less is so much more.

Been there done that...well not exactly that and no I like my simple little life just as it is. Small home with central heat, comfy feather bed and duvet. I've finally reached a point in my life that's just right :)
