the shadow that keeps on giving. evening shadows seem to go on forever at times. had to build a fire in the woodstove last night...didn't even make it to october before we had to do that...but the furnace wouldn't quit turning on yesterday. huh, 41 degrees...wonder why? definitely woolie weekend!!hope you have a great weekend too sista...see ya later for coffee...blanket required!!
I love the finds that you find! That 3-drawer bureau is so stylish, were i in a position to buy, I would have the paint taken off, sanded and a light urethane to cover the old wood. A fine antique! like the metal porch chair, made in a day before TV and the world was a panorama passing by your front porch. Cool old finds!
Love the shadows, what beautiful light.
I love how you draw back and include more with each shot!
Your pics just make me want to plant myself at your house. so inviting and homey. The tapestry is 200.00. it was 679.00 big mark-up, but, i had to have one. If your interested let me know, it will be heading back to the store in a couple of days.
Sharon that golden light at near dusk is so beautiful I could stare at it all day .. you caught an amazing multi shadow art piece in fact .. I would make it into a print and frame it for my garden office ! ;-)Joy
I love the warmth of the sunlight and the way you reveal a little more with each shot.
Great series of shadow shots, tI love the light and how everything has that wonderful warm look to it.Have a great weekend my friend.
These are such nice pictures with shadows
It would be a pleasure to trek on down to your lovely part of the world. One of my very favorite places ever visited.
want that dresser. want that chair too. Oh, love the shadows! Nice light at that time of day.
I can't quite tell if this is rosemary or a little pine sitting on the dresser. In any case, it sure casts a neat shadow. Hope you're having a good weekend.
Shadows upon shadows, love it!! Very well displayed too!
I'm sure the farther you go away from the door, the more layers nature creates. Can't hide from the light of the sun. Very cool shots, all of them!Fall is here with a vengeance. Cool crisp days already and the leaves need raking, (But I just leave them, pun intended). I wonder when the other shoe will fall. Headed back to New Mexico next month, hope the snow holds out until November.Peace
Beautiful shadow shots.Regards and best wishes
