Tapestry pillows...new chair...

Well, not exactly a new chair, but new color...
black, I love it with the buckskin colored leather cushion!
This old mahogany chair has been with me a long time,
it's a big butt chair, so very roomy
and the new pillows look FABU on it!

Minstrel and dancer

Polar bears

Brown bears

Puppies and kittens

Zebra
These are the small tapestries that just don't sell in the shops
these days, but I love them, so decided to make pillows
out of them, but the last two, I just can't seem to do,
they are just too cool as tapestries and perfectly
fit the darker decor or my room now...

A bit blury, but hey, it's still dark outside...and foggy,
so it'll be awhile before I get good lighting...sooooo...
think I'll have another cup o java
and wait for the sun!

Cool recycle of the tapestries! And that cupboard turned out truly spectacular!! Have fun!!

Great idea with the tapestry. It is hard to find spots for them. Subject matter is a big part.rain rain go away.

Hi Sharon, I love your black chair. The pillows are nice too. it's chilly here today. We had rain all weekend. I am praying for a nice autumn...you know 70's ,low humidity, that kind of weather. Smiles friend, Susie

..I am sitting in my "new" room, with my 2 chairs that I just painted black. A rocker will come in shortly, and will live in here for only a short time, as when the closet is finished there won't be room. I painted it black too. The chair, not the closet! What is it with these 60 something women painting things black??? Don't know. But I love the look. Love the dark room. I have gone over to the lighter side. Except for the black chairs!
