One day perfect, 83 degrees, next day rain, 55 degrees...I really want to put away my winter clothes for the season, but Mother Nature thinks differently. I just want to stay home in my cozy lil' retreat and play with my toys. Holidays have a way of makin' ya NOT want to go back to work. I just want to stay inside and rearrange furniture...you know what I mean...

house looks great!! it looks soo nice. hubbie got called to go out of town to up north where the tornado hit. he just called and said it almost surreal, war*like atmosphere. the bldgs that are left, are like sand*blasted with black dirt. heavy black smoke everywhere from fires, burning debris. some debris was found 2 counties away. he has seen alot of storms with his 30 something years with the power company and said this is one of the worst he has seen. prayers to the families in the storm area, northern iowa, parkersburg, and surounding areas. thanx for thinking of us in iowa... sharon's area got hit last year june 1st. it was one nasty storm, too. blessed to have a wonderful house/home and a roof over our heads, and thanx for sharing yours, sharon. vikki
