Shadow Shot Sunday...You betcha...

I got my ducks in a row...

Rubber ducky soap for a baby shower,
does it get any cuter than this and
glorious sunshine as we face our fears...
winter!
Yeah, we know it's comin',
but we don't have to like it...right!?

Head on over to Harriet's house, we're all playing in shadows down there,
Australia, the land down under...
g'day mates!

Maybe this will be one of those easy winters. If things go as planned, we'll see you this week. Jan

Your photo was such an inspiration!

Four rubber duckies
Sitting in a row;
Four rubber duckies,
Hope-hoping to grow.
Four rubber duckies,
Made of soap (and wax?);
Four rubber duckies—
Delusional quacks!

What a brilliant idea - it would also be a good way to entice older children into the bath!

A hearty QUACK for these part favors! A bath seems sweeter, nicer and quackier with this not foul fowl...

Love these. I got one of these for my 50th birthday way back when. Best birthday present I ever got.

Love those little, rubber duckies. What a clever idea roosting them in a bar of soap! Fun baby shower gifts.

Great little ducky shadows! (Still chuckling about Magical's poem too calling them "delusional quacks!) Great contrast between their buttery, sunny yellow and the dark shape of their shadow!

I have been writing so much! More rain has kept me inside for most of the time, but my writing is flourishing! Only a few more days of this delicious past-time and it's back to school again! (Except on Monday I go in to supervise a 3 hour English exam and then take them home to mark!)

I think you must still have all the warmth in the world! Our Spring has barely appeared so far! I guess it will be a shock when it does finally! Some trees have barely thought about blossoming! All very late this year!

Sounds like your little studio is progressing so well! I have so loved watching this evolve for you!

Have a fun week dear sister and may the wsun keep smiling for you! BIG HUGS!

Haha...g'day mate! Those duck soaps are the cutest things! I hope your winter will pass quickly. Maybe it will be a nice mild winter this year? Mild as in not too cold. Just like my summer will be not too hot...

We can dream :)

I hope yu enjoy the rest of your weekend!
