Well, all you have to do is ask at Sister's Garden and you shall receive cupboards...Barb has them in all sizes, shapes and colors. I can not tell you how many I have seen fly out those antique doors. One saying is a always true at Sister's, 'you snooze you lose'...I have had it happen many times to me, I figger I'll drive up once a week to deliver, so I'll buy it next time...yeah right. As I was taking all of the shots, the big grey cupboard sold. Barb has so many contacts and such a wonderful clientele, that you had better not think twice, cause while you are in the other building mulling it over, it may just have a sold sign on it when you finally decide....AND I am constantly stunned at the change in the stores every time I come up, it's like little fairies come in at night and move stuff around...and their names are Barb and Brent (I mean a Fairy and an Elf) sorry Brent, I'll pay for that one I'm sure. Barb's wonderful husband, who farms their land, goes to auctions for Barb and helps her get those huge pieces up those narrow stairs, along with their son Drew and daughter Britt.
These are the kinda people that Iowa is made of, hard-working honest people, always willing to help a friend (like when I locked my keys in the truck). I am proud to call them friends and hope our friendship takes us to old age and beyond.
